"Buffy was great and all of the staff especially the lady in the morning serving breakfast "

"Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, in the sheets. Staff was worrried about ordering their dinner instead of checking us in. We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food with the same gloves on. We went to the front to ask about laundry and there was a pregnant woman who answered us rudely. I'm pretty sure she's the manager. I wouldn't stay again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. The kids in the room next to us were literally screaming and running around until 2am and we couldn't sleep. "

"It gave me everything I wanted. A clean, quiet room and a nice stay. Thank you."

"As soon as we walked into the room we saw massive white stains on the top cover and while we were there had a big roach crawl over the tv. The carpet in the room in some areas were sticky. "

"Clean rooms, daily housekeeping. Good amount of parking. Only issue I had was the key did not work for me several times"

"No parking lot was full even the handicap spots. The air conditioner was so noisey we couldnt even sleep and if you turned it off it got too hot."
