"Elevator to the 2nd floor is broken in the building that is not undergoing maintenance is questionable. Understaffed front desk (one person running the show). The room stayed in has paint on the walls peeling off and the ceiling's wall is peeling and pieces are falling off or broken. The flooring and bedding in the needs renewal smells like mold/mildew. When checked online doesn't state bed sizes and later confirmed queen size double beds inside the booked room (not true), bed were full size not queens. Feels like booked a motel instead of hotel. "

The housekeeping staff, in particular, stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The front desk team was also attentive and provided great service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future."
