Perfect location, staff was friendly and room was more than adequate for a short trip. Only downside was that the neighbors were sometimes noisy at night, but I can’t blame the owner for that. If you’re looking for an affordable accommodation in the beautiful center of Barcelona this is highly recommended.

A lovely little hostel. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. There was periodically a wait for the bathroom. The building has a very small, but charming, elevator.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, and the place itself was clean. However, there were a few small issues during my stay. Basic items like hand wash were missing, and despite mentioning it once, it wasn’t provided. There were also times when the toilet paper ran out, and there weren’t enough towels available. The room I stayed in was quite dark and a bit dim, which made it feel less comfortable. I expected a few more basic amenities and a bit more attention to these details. Overall the location is great, but a few improvements in amenities and guest comfort would make the stay much better.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, für das wir bezahlt haben. Es war deutlich kleiner und entsprach nicht den Bildern. Doch das war nicht das Hauptproblem. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur von außen abschließen und öffnen – das bedeutete, dass wir die Tür nachts gar nicht abschließen konnten. Das hat uns ein ziemlich unsicheres Gefühl gegeben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar sehr gut, aber das allein reicht leider nicht aus, um das Gesamterlebnis positiv zu bewerten.
