The room was very clean and spacious, great location in the neighborhood of the Fira Barcelona, where our conference was taking place. Very quiet area at night, even though our room was on the first floor. Personnel were very accommodating, although the reception was only open from 10 to 6.

Check-in within the specified time was very simple (taking into consideration feedback that other people provided in reviews about the pain outside of these hours). Car parking can't be reserved in advance (although I requested) which is stressful when you have a car. High standard of accommodation, clean and very comfortable. Short walk to get a bus from the main shopping mall on the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes which also has a great choice of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Barcelona

The apartment was in a very good condition. It is spacious, clean and has all the needed equipment for an excellent stay. The problem is the check-in. You guys have to be a bit more friendly with your tenants. The other issue is the location, since it's far from the "downtown" Barcelona but I guess you get what you pay for.

Business or Pleasure - It's great

The apartment is great. Could either work as a 2 bedroom business apartment (As we used it for) or as a family of x4. Good kitchen and living area and en suite bathrooms all excellent. It's about 15 mins out of town, but there are good buses and taxis to the top of the Ramblas. There are a couple of small / local restaurants that are great and friendly.

The property was great, the only thing that could’ve been better was the AC, the apartment would get really hot at times and the AC did not work. There was some noisy neighbors next door that were not told to quiet down until around 5am but other than that it was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Great apartment, really clean and spacious with good facilities and helpful staff. The area isn’t great but it feels safe and has a close supermarket. Travel links are excellent, 46 bus is a couple minutes walk away which got us to and from the airport in under 30 minutes for less than 3euros each. Also metro stations are a few minutes walk away and we used them to get to everywhere we wanted to go really easy. There is a 350euro security deposit to leave on check in which is pretty steep but apparently that should be returned a couple of days after checkout - I’ll update my review if this is the case! ;)

Throughly enjoyed my stay at Europa apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean and well looked after. The apartment isn’t centrally located, but isn’t too far away via a 4 minute train ride and a 10 minute metro ride. Communication before my stay was excellent. I chose the self check-in option, just in case our flight was delayed, and didn’t experience any issues with the app not working etc. On the topic of communication, Luis was very helpful. It was nice to find a packet of miniature items you’d need while staying at an apartment for a few days like oil, salt, sugar etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly what was reflected in photos. Appreciated having a front desk attendant (as some apartment-hotels don't). Our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment was perfect for our family with teenagers and grandparents. On-suite master bath was smaller than hall bath but does the trick. Good size bedrooms by European standards. Everything from the front lobby, grounds, and apartments is clean and modern. Walking distance to an indoor shopping mall with a full service grocery and general store. Close to public transportation, which is easy to navigate to all the main attractions in the city center. Our family felt safe returning from site seeing at night. Would recommend to other families.

Comfy new apartment

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Within walking distance to various metro stations making it easy to go into the centre. I would give a heads-up that if you are arriving later than 6.30 it is important you complete self check-in. It would also maybe be beneficial to have a physical card copy as technology can be temperamental - I had to phone out of hours when we first arrived as they had forgotten to send me my digital card, luckily they answered quickly and it was resolved in two minutes. Also important that you ensure you have emptied your bins/put dishes away etc in order to receive your deposit back in full. Happy to say they were quick in refunding me this so this shouldn’t be an issue if kept on top of. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend.

This property was supposed to have 4 twin beds, it had a small double and 2 singles. With 4 people traveling that meant that one had to sleep on the couch. They did not provide bedding for the couch. There was a weird smell in the living/kitchen room that gave me a headache. The apartment was supposed to have air-conditioning, yet when I went to move the temperature down it wouldn't change. It was stuck at 25.5 C the entire time we were there. I was incredibly hot all night. I don't know why anyone would ever stay here. It was clean and that's about all that I can say was good. If you are looking for a place to stay, don't go here.

The apartment was clean and spacious in a safe local neighborhood. It could have been a good experience but the issue that there was no hot water after 11pm in the second night ruined it. I called the 24-hour phone number and I was told to wait because it takes time for the boiler to heat up water. We waited till 2am but still no hot water. I was told that if something needs to be fixed it has to be next day but it won’t matter to us because we are checking out by 11am. So 4 of the 5 people in our group ended up going to bed without taking a shower, which felt terrible after touring the city on a hot day. Also, there was a sink leak in one of the bathrooms on the first day. I reported it and it was fixed the next day. Not a very big deal though. In general it’s a fair facility, just that we didn’t get a good service as expected.
