The apartment is located in a very nice area and minutes away from everything. However, the communication with the staff and the lack of basic services like changing the towels regularly or even responding to our request for simple requests as extra towels was really disappointing.

Excellent location, very clean, quiet and, well equiped. Two observations are: the apartment clearly has space to sleep 5 people. We were 3 but at the last minute wanted to have our daughter and son and law stay and obviously offered to pay the difference. Our request was refused. It's also a hassle to do the check-in at another location (10 minutes in taxi).

Great location, within walking distance to lots of sights - Gothic sector, Casa Batillo, Segrada Familia and more. Room was a good size for my family of four and appreciated the kitchen items. Nice surprise to have a washer and would have liked a drying rack to make it more efficient. The front desk was very responsive when I had questions and bringing more towels even though it is remote from the location. Would recommend to friends staying in Barcelona.

It was great! We di online check-in so we didn't have to go to a different address. I had the property whatsapp number so whenever we needed anything We sent them and they had very quick communication during working hours. One thing to suggest, because we stayed only 1 week, it would be easier if they provided laundry detergent and things like that since we had to buy a bulk that we didn't use. Other apartments did that. But overall we really enjoyed it.

This apartment is very well situated for central Barcelona and a good price for the location. The check-in process was very administrative, you have to put all your passport details for each occupant onto a website, pay a €200 damage deposit and the city tourist tax all on a portal before you arrive. That said the new digital access with the app worked well so there was no need to go to the main office to collect the keys which would have been a pain. We were a family of 4 but only had 2 shower towels which was again a pain but we managed as it was only 1 night for us. Otherwise it was clean, tidy and very serviceable.

What we did like about the property was the location. A short walk to las ramblas and about 30-40 minute walk to the beach. However we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and we felt like the posted photos did not match reality of the apartment. The room felt run down, the washer dryer machine did not work very well, and there were finger print stains on the curtains and kitchen, the previous guests napkins crinkled under the couch. This really made us question how clean the room is kept. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

The Valencia flat is located in a great area, very close to all the main attractions of Barcellona. The flat is really nice, new furnitures and comfortable bed.

First the apartment doesn’t have reception area— we arrive there by taxi and found out that you will get the keys in other location — considering we have a lot of luggage’s Then the staff told us there will be shuttles until 10pm. We arrived around 9:31 pm and the staff told us shuttle is up to 9:30 pm only. We spend so much money on the taxi back and forth with our luggages which is very hard and uncomfortable. I won’t recommend this place unless they trained their staff properly

Good room, ok location, NOT WORTH STAYING HERE!

Since I booked through this website, I assumed it was "hotel-style" apartments, but there is NO reception at this location!!! That is a big problem, especially because I had no way of contacting them other than sending emails; the phone in the room never went through to the reception despite my numerous emails about this! Not having a reception on site means that when the lift wasn't working as we were leaving with our 3 suitcases, I had no way of contacting them and my husband had to bring down our suitcases 4 flights of stairs instead! It also means, you have to go to a different location to check-in and wait for a long time to take a shuttle to this location or pay for your own taxi. We were staying for 4 nights and basic maintenance was not included!!! They don't even take out the trash and only gave us another set of towels after I sent an email with a strong request! I paid a lot for this place, nearly 1000 Euros for 4 nights and I am extremely unsatisfied! While the location is good, in that it is well connected by public-transport to all the main tourist attractions, it's not phenomenal and other than Casa Batllo and Casa Milo, not much is truly in walking distance with small kids. This is minor, but the shower stall didn't close properly, but as always, I had no one to discuss this with. Do not stay here, especially if you are travelling with kids!

El departamento está muy bien y por lo menos el que nos tocó tenía una terraza increíble! Está retirado de plaza Cataluña aproximadamente 30minutos caminando! Cerca de casa Batllo y la Pedrera! El sofá cama estuvo bastante decente y el cuarto muy cómodo! Te dejan cápsulas de café y tiene varios utensilios de cocina! En general nos gustó el departamento!
