Had no hot water on 2 days of our 3 days stay. Servicing of room not carried out as towels were not changed each day, beds were not made up and coffee and tea were not replenished until we phoned reception. The room bin was not emptied during our stay. We paid £472.50 for 3 nights stay.

Northfield Hotel
Staff was very efficient and kind and helpful. Unfortunately room was very dated and furniture was old and tired. Carpet was old and wore out. Wasn't a proper double bed and uncomfortable.
