"My stay at Motel 6 in Chico was horrible from beginning to end. The room reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I walked in. The bed covers had stains, the sheets did not appear clean, and the shower was insanely dirty. Overall, the room felt neglected and unsanitary. On top of that, the front desk staff was not helpful or accommodating when concerns were brought up. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this location."
