"An excellent choice and great location. Only downside was the firmness of the beds. We managed because the hotel and location was worth it but 2 nights was our limit. Breakfast was excellent and staff wonderful. Would put up the the firm beds and definitely stay again."

"This hotel had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was beautifully decorated with items from Bali. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! We have been traveling for a few weeks in Spain and this was one of our favorite hotels."

"Beautiful hotel set among stunning gardens. This is our second visit and its a real pleasure to stay there. Hotel is beautifully maintained, all of the staff are very friendly & helpful, rooms well furnished & comfortable. We parked in the adjoining public car park as it was cheaper than the hotel. TPayment was difficult as it was all in Spanish but the receptionist was extremely helpful in making sure we were paying the right amount. May not be ideal for someone with imobility issues as it is set on a slope, however it is manageable. & a lot of the facilities & the big pool are on level ground & tge lifts are good. I could get down to the sunset bar and the cliff top walk is lovely but i couldn't get down to the beach as there were too many steps!"

"Gruphotel Conil Playa was our first ever Adults-only hotel experience and it was nice not having splashing, noisy kids at the pool for a change. This property is only 5-years old, super modern and airy, spacious with beautiful fish sculptures honoring the “Atún Rojo” (bluefin tuna) for which this region is famous. Our partial sea view room with balcony was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was better than any we’ve ever seen, including bottles of open Cava (Spanish bubbly) that can be paired with nearby orange juice for a Mimosa, if desired. Made to order omelette station or ready-made freshly fried eggs (instead of scrambled eggs under a hood). We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Snack Bar and a dip in one of their multiple pools and sun bathing. Our beach time was with friends in nearby Palmar, so we didn’t walk down the path (and stairs?) to the hotel’s nearby beach. This is a hotel and chain that we will gladly book again in our future travels!"

"The food was great, the room was excellent, and the bar was super. The pools and pool bar were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the singer was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."
