"As we had an evening event, my daughter planned to use the indoor pool the following morning before our departure. Upon inquiring, we were told the pool does not open until 11:00 AM—the exact time of our scheduled checkout. When I expressed our disappointment, the staff member was dismissive Furthermore, the room provided was not up to basic cleanliness or maintenance stands .The curtains were visibly dirty, and the bed skirt had noticeable stains/dirty marks.on the maintenance side, the sofa in the room was torn and in a state of disrepair.We specifically chose the hotel over others because of the advertised indoor pool; however, the experience was deeply disappointing. "
