8.4/10 Very Good! (599 reviews)
My biggest complaint was the room was ridiculously hot. I tried adjusting the thermostat to no avail but, other than convenient place to rest while traveling

9/10 Wonderful! (481 reviews)
Fairmont Hotel experience has always been fantastic including this one. It was a little surprising to see that the shower head was old and rusty, and was not spraying properly. It’s not a big deal but a minor detail.
