"The person at the reception desk was busy doing 3things at the same time which was annoying. Breakfast was served to my room about 10am after I had to ask for it-was a good breakfast only it made me to come late to my appointment. In the bathroom wasn’t a mat to avoid slipping which nearly happened to me and no towels for the floor or hands only two big towels. "I can't praise enough this hotel. The location is great, the property is well maintained, the rooms are small but well appointed, but what makes a real difference is the staff. They are all fantastic! Before you can ask, they already figure out what you need and arrange it for you. Everyone is helpful, but the general manager Hetzy Talay is a gem! By the way, ask him about the history of the hotel. It will be a treat! INK will be our home away home whenever we are in Tel Aviv. Thank you Hetzy for a wonderful visit."

"The hotel is very cute and in an ideal location. Parking is convenient and there is a reduced rate arrangement. The staff is kind. The signage to the hotel in the area is a bit challenging. Very clean but the maintenance requires improvement - one room had water problems - weak current and cold water. When we moved to another room, the air conditioner did not work properly... The equipment in the room is too sophisticated, especially turning on the lights……not intuitive. Overall, the hotel is nice, breakfast is served in a cafe across from the reception. Mainly pastries and sandwiches. The restaurant inside the hotel, Playground, is wonderful beyond expectations but it does not belong to the hotel."

"When I first checked in, I needed a room for the night thinking I was going to go to a hotel that I was going to spend a few more days in that supposedly a higher standard, but after staying the first night meeting the staff, I ended up extending the whole week because not only is place clean and the staff is the most important thing very understanding super nice very private caring Libby Catalina, and a whole bunch of other people are doing great work here. I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommend."
