"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean ,fresh and perfect for a short or long stay IMO. A/C worked great and the heat did too. Plenty of hot water. Microwave and small fridge with a freezer kept our freezer packs frozen. We would not hesitate to book again ! A very easy walk to the town center of Bar Harbor and the Island Express Buses to get around the island for FREE. The buses take you into and all over Acadia National Park. Lines can get long.."

"We had a wonderful stay with our two daughters and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The room was beautifully maintained—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The bunk bed and king bed setup was ideal, and our girls absolutely loved it. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was the pool—it was perfectly warm, and our daughters had such a great time enjoying it. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended for families!"

"We came here with our family of 5 during a recent visit to Acadia National Park. The tent was good, and the property was nice. The kids roasted s'mores a couple of nights and really enjoyed that. I also appreciate the free ice and firewood. Maddie, who works at the restaurant, was incredible. Excellent service and attention. It did seem like several of the other staff members around the facilities and at the restaurant were not trained as well. It was great to be able to gather with our family in the the Lodge on days when it was raining or evenings when the mosquitoes were just too much. The complimentary breakfast was also a helpful addition. Location wise, we were about 20-30 minutes away from most trails in the park. If I we end up going back to Acadia again, we will probably stay closer to the lakes and trails next time."
