"I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday.
What I didnโt like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. "

"The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great areaโclose enough to attractions but far enough to avoid noise. The room was well-organized, with plenty of storage space for my stuff. Staff were polite and never intrusive, which I loved as a solo traveler. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too. Overall, a great value and a perfect base for exploring!"
