Stay was great. Very few guests though. Booked villa did not have working wifi, I requested for change. They were able to accomodate.

บ้านพัก 3086 พื้นมีฝุ่นเยอะตรงโคมไฟที่พื้นบริเวณประตูหน้า ประตูห้องนอนชำรุด สระน้ำกระเบื้องแตก มีเศษใบไม้ลอยในสระน้ำ มีไส้เดือนตายใต้สระน้ำ มีลูกมะพร้าวเล็กจมใต้สระน้ำ คือไม่มีการทำความสะอาดสระน้ำก่อนให้ลูกค้าใช้บริการ และที่สำคัญลูกค้าลืมของไว้ ตอน Check out ไม่เห็นแจ้งว่ามีของลืมไว้ และไม่โทรแจ้ง ลูกค้าต้องโทรไปสอบถามเอง โทรกลับมาแจ้งว่าแม่บ้านเก็บไว้ ถ้าจะให้ส่งคืนคิดค่าบริการ 300.- บาท / ขอใบเสร็จเพื่อมาลดหย่อนภาษี ปี 2562 แจ้งว่าลูกค้าจองผ่าน เว็บไซต์นี้ ทางรีสอร์ตออกไม่ได้ ต้องให้ลูกค้าติดต่อมากับทางบริษัทเอง?

No wifi in the room, aircon doesn’t cool the room, there’s no restaurant or bar at the “resort”. One very rude reception staffer (but one very pleasant one). Dreadful place for a holiday.

安排入住私家泳池房。雖然安靜無人騷擾，但環境不及運河式泳池房屋好，欠缺開揚景觀。 房間清潔整齊，但没有每天補給日用品。 早餐半自助式，主菜沒有選擇，亦沒有提供 menu, 只由服務員詢問想食什麼。 沒有車的旅客十分不便。附近步行範圍沒有任何商店。 不知什麼原因，酒店入住率非常低，如喜歡寜靜是十分好的渡假村。

Good place to relax.

The place is silence in the night. You may see gecko in the house, but I think this is the reason that no mosquitoes. We cannot park the car beside the house, however, the staff is so kind that they proactively drive the golf car to assist us when we park our car at the car park. The water of the swimming pool is clean, we have spent a lovely afternoon in the pool. Will stay here again if we visit HuaHin another time.

Completely below standards - First day check in to my Two Bedroom Villa, already lack of common amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, closet rods, and hair dryer. Not to mention the bathroom faucet is loose and needs repair, told the operator who informed me the repairman will show up the next day - no one show up. WIFI is horrible, can't even connect for one second, I literally need to use my own travel network service throughout my stays. The location is terribly inconvenient. You are out of luck trying to call out a taxi or tuk tuk on your own, since the resort located along the highway side. You ended up having to ask the front desk to call you a taxi which cost you at least 250 baht for a single trip as the start up price. The resort does provides you free shuttle bus service, but it is not frequent and you have to notify them 1 hour in advance. All in All, I would not recommend this resort, better look for ones that are more well put together.

The property is in need of a complete refurbish, the bathrooms and lounge area had a very bad smell, the pool towel had holes and we’re threadbare, the property was dirty, after we complained cleaners and in but they didn’t really make much of an effort.

great and spacious room with good high pressure shower but with bad and noisy air conditioner. WiFi does NOT WORK at all. Pool is Great but inhabited by disgusting and extremely noisy and ill behaving chinese tourists.....pool sides coming of age.... breakfast is soso. if you can’t take the lousy filter coffee, you have to buy a proper machine made one. car parking is far from villa abd you need to ask for golfcart transport or walk quite a distance

다음에 후아힌을 다시 온다면 꼭 다시 방문할 호텔입니다.

객실은 아주 넓고 청결했으며 주변은 상당히 조용하고 아늑합니다. 서비스도 훌륭했고 아주 만족한 숙소 였습니다. 3~4일 휴양하기에 최적인 빌라 였습니다.

Selected Banyan Resort due to link to Banyan Golf Club, though it is a 15-20 minute (free) transfer to get there. Villas are very spacious but could do with a renovation; stained curtains particularly make the place look dirty. Spacious villas combined to pool access straight from villas make this a good choice with families. Restaurant provides a good breakfast but appeared to stop serving evening meals or room service after the New Year holiday, necessitating a trip into Hua Hin.
