When first arriving at the location we were not welcomed and instead made to feel as if we were a burden. This instantly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
We went to the room and instantly felt dirty as the place was not clean and things were broken such as cupboards and light fixtures.
When attempting to take a shower we realised there was also no hot water, so this was completely unpleasant.
We sat back and booked a new place for three times...

"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.
