Not all of the electrical plugs worked but we managed to find two that did. Still a good place to stay and their sauna and steam room is a welcomed sight after a day of activity "

food were very good,
breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing,
food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

" Average hotel but no more. Impossible to find parking place.
Spa is smallest I've ever seen. They charge 60 leva for 100cl cognac but doesn't evet have glasses. TV on lodge vas troubling and we said several times but nobody even bothered. Only good thing was the restaurant and
food was very good. Overall hotel is not worth even 2 stars "
