"Disappointing! It’s a great resort right on the
beach
with a big beautiful pool, and great views from the room, but it needs a lot of enervations. Also the hotel appeared to be closed because including me, there were only 4 guests at the hotel and the bar and restaurant services were slim to none."

facing the Gambia River estuary, with a lovely pool and poolside bar. My room was the best I’ve encountered yet in sub-Saharan Africa, and would be similar to a Holiday Inn in North America/Europe. Mosquito nets were provided (there are so many mosquitos here) and the AC was powerful.
