"We love this hotel so much, the hotel is close to everything, you can take the hotel’s boat shuttle to the BTS train station or tourist ferry to Chinatown, temples or Khaoshan Rd,, everywhere is very convenience. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we stayed there for 6 nights with no problems at all, we did not want to leave, we will stay there again next time when we go back Bangkok. Central Bangkok can overwhelm with it's dense crowds, hectic traffic, and tiny alleys, but the Praya Palazzo's private water taxi over the river whisks you away from all that to a stately and secluded refuge. "We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice."
