"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, some guests were partying loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I had to change rooms, but unfortunately, I experienced the same issue with noisy guests in the new room."

"The staff at restaurant and hotel are awesome. When I go back to Bangkok, Thailand this is were I will stay. My one and only complaint is, my debit card was not returned to me by an outside ATM machine. I needed help with finding out where to go to notify the bank associated with the ATM and got no help from front desk clerks. I wasn't asking for financial assistance only what bank branch the ATM machine was connected with."

"What a fabulous hotel! Staff are so helpful and polite, rooms are clean and spacious. Easy to get to by train from the airport in 30 minutes. With the traffic, a car will take much longer and be more expensive (train is £1 per trip!). Will book this hotel again next time we come to Bangkok."
