From the views, the cleanliness of the hotel including the room, the staff was phenomenal and the location was perfect for eating at Michelin star restaurants right across from the hotel. "Aurum The River Place has one of the best locations in Bangkok, right by the river with a stunning view of the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun). The breakfast is excellent, and enjoying it while looking out over the river and the temple makes it even more special. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming—they treated us like family during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok who wants a beautiful view, a delicious breakfast, and warm hospitality."

"The position is awesome, at foot distance from all main attractions in the old city.
Our room was simple, but clean and equipped of everything one might need.
The staff was supernice and welcoming.
The thing we appreciated most was the unlimited water supply and a room, open 24 hours a day, with snacks, cofee and beverages. We felt at home."
