Less than 10 mins walk to BTS and shopping mall. Have 711 store very near. Look like old hotel but was comfortable. Have bath tub but no toothbrush provided. Have spa onsite. Room was clean daily.

Poor maintenance and service

Terrible wifi connection and no action has been taken even after informed the front desk. The hallway is way too dark and you can also smell the odor from the carpet. Will not come back again.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned… The ac was full of dust. Although it was stipulated on the warning note for the annual electricity verification; their elevators were not working when I needed to go down from the 21th floor!

I didnt stay the hotel is not as advertised. The lobby is disgusting! The reception couch is covered in stains, the floor wasnt swept with general uncleaniness! The reception was rude an unwelcoming. Used the main floor washroom it was disgusting. I didnt bother to look at the room if the lobby was this bad! Checked in to another hotel. The outside seating area was a mess! Im not a fussy person this was awful!

大通りから一本入ったところにあります。ホテルの敷地内には木がたくさんあり外から見るとジャングルのような見た目です。ロビーも簡単なカウンターですが、スタッフの方の対応も良くチェックアウト後に荷物も22時過ぎと遅くまで預かっていただきました。 部屋は少し古い感じはありますが水回りもまぁまぁ綺麗でした。シャワーが固定で水の出が少し弱かったです。シャンプーとボディソープと歯磨きがありました。浴槽がありシャワーカーテンの仕切りでした。

Älteres Hotel was man teilweise sehen kann aber mit einem tollen Charme. Zimmer sehr angenehm. Superleise Air-con und tolles Personal. Sehr freundlich. Sehr leise und in den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben auch verlängert weil es uns gefiel. Wer keine sterilen neuen Hotels mag so wie ich, ist hier bestents aufgehoben. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

このホテルに1週間宿泊しました！わたしは次回の滞在もココに決めました。このホテルはお勧めポイントがいっぱいあります。とにかくレセプションの３人がいつも笑顔でコンシェルジュの様に寄り添って対応してくれます。わたしは宿泊中に幾つかの困難に遭いました。ですが全てレセプションの３人が気持ちよく対応してくれたのです。そしてこのホテルは建物自体は古いですが、室内清掃は丁寧で完璧でした。清掃担当はタイランドの人とは限らないので個人的注文はレセプションを通すとスムーズです。このホテルでは屋内喫煙はできません。ですがこのホテルにはゆったりとしたテラスがあります。そこで風を浴びながら喫煙や飲食も可能でした。 最後に今回の旅ではまるで我が家の様に居心地の良い時間が過ごせました。全てこちらで働いてる従業員のお陰です。心から感謝を伝えします。ありがとうございました！
