The Key Premier Hotel is nice place. I found the staff to be super friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located just a short walk from Sukhumvit Rd and the Nana BTS station. It is close enough that walking is not a problem but far enough away that you do not hear any of the noise from the local nightlife. I found the bed extremely comfortable. I fact it was one of the best hotel mattresses I have found including some very high end hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was delicious with eggs/omelettes to order and a variety of local dishes. Over all I found this hotel to be a 5 star experience at a 3 star price. You cannot go wrong should you choose to stay at the Key Premier Hotel in Bangkok

Good option for Sukhamvit

Nice quiet hotel close to BTS, Terminal 21, bars, MRT etc. Friendly staff and a pleasant (but small) rooftop bar and pool with reasonable prices. Rooms were comfortable and modern.

Hotel was excellent esp the staff. To get to restaurants or shopping you go past the prostitution bars, turn at the dildo sales stands, and pass lady boys. Not a knock on the hotel and lots of other premium hotels nearby but a bit odd by western standards.

Hidden gem!!

I would absolutely recommend this to any one - short or long term stay. Next to a busy Nana BTS station but still the hotel is very quiet! Very easy to move around the city from the hotel. Staff is really friendly and helpful! All in all, I’m very pleased that I chose this hotel.

The pool area is nice. However, the smoking area is at the pool, and this is very bad for non smokers. Unfortunately many chairs at the pool need to be repaired since we couldn’t change the setting. In the bedroom, there is only one chair and there is not enough drawers. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom very clean.

The staff were friendly and the room was ok Breakfast menu is not much but not bad The atmosphere in the neighborhood is not good, so I recommend staying alone rather than a couple. It is right in front of Nana Station, so transportation is convenient.

Friendly and Efficient

We stayed here on two separate occasions while in Bangkok. The staff were so attentive and check in was so easy after a long travel day. We chose the breakfast option and was not disappointed. They provided a breakfast box for us prior to our 4:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport. The location is close to Terminal 21 and the BTS.

The hotel itself was rather good. Yet the room size might be an issue. Also the streets around the hotel are all one-way which makes taxi rides rather complicated. The staff was very friendly and open to support.

My preferred hotel in Bangkok

Have stayed at The Key in Soi 7 several times before. This time the hotel delivered 100% as always. Location is perfect, just a very short walk from Nana BTS station, and also near by a lot of options. Rooms (and the hotel) still looks brand new a clean. Everything comfortable. Good breakfast every morning. A nice pool and bar/restaurant on the top floor. Everywhere I am meted with perfect service and a smile. I can highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Good service and location, clean rooms.

All the staff here was very friendly, and the location is close to the BTS train and lots of food and shopping. Rooms were clean and pretty quiet, and the pool was a nice escape from the December heat. We tried to order room service one night and nobody answered the phone. Like most hotels in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area, it’s also just steps away from numerous adult offerings. If traveling with children, be prepared to talk with them about sex and drugs, as you will encounter them every time you come and go from the hotel.
