Quiet and secluded hotel in a busy centrally located area near the BTS station and a mall. The staff were excellent and very helpful, let us check in at 6 am with half price for the day, and very assuring during the earthquake. They help us in calling taxis and communicate on our behalf. I will definitely stay there again

The stay was lovely and spacious! My only feedback would be that the beds are quite hard, perhaps the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. But, we were so tired we still got good nights sleep. The staff was kind and attentive. Good budget hotel!

Overall good hotel in a good location.

The hotel is in a good location near EMSphere Mall. It has a nice rooftop pool. The rooms are large and clean with good facilities, however quite basic furnishings and the beds are uncomfortable (very hard). It could be really good with just a little attention to decor and softer mattresses.

I found my room to be very comfortable. The staff were all very polite, professional and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the little gym. The location was great. It was close to the Phrom Phong BTS station, the Emsphere mall and the EmQuartier mall. Also close to the Benchasiri park, many restaurants, of course a couple 7 Elevens and so much more. The breakfast was a little over priced in my opinion, but it was good. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a well kept property and everything seems very clean. The rooms are immaculate and well maintained. They have an individual shower stall and the hot water comes out after a minute. The reception staff are very helpful in getting you checked in quickly and handling bags to your room. There’s plenty of parking for both motorcycles and cars short walk as you on the main drag with the hemisphere across the away with mini dining options plenty of street food vendors along soi 33, which also has a variety of clinics and massage shops. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very big. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The bed is not really cosy and on a top level and the airconditiong was very loud. The building is quite old.

The room was impressive with a great kitchenette and bathroom. The rooftop pool area is a great spot to catch the sun all through the day. Soi 33 is well located and is close to many of the new shopping malls. Soi 33 also has many street food vendors serving food all day long, so you can easily buy the street food and eat it in your room using the dining table and kitchen facilities. The negatives are that my room smelt of smoke, my food waste wasn't removed when the room was cleaned, the pool is in disrepair, and often no towels were available at the poolside.

Good value hotel in a convenient location

We stayed in room 418 and it was a quiet room, which was great as that's what we had asked for. The shower pressure was good and it was very clean. Location was excellent - close to everything but down an alley so it wasn't too noisy. The pool was nice as well. We would have stayed there again on our way back to the UK but it wasn't available. Only downside was the pillows - they were enormous and very hard, which didn't make for a comfortable sleep. We asked for some better ones but were told there weren't any, so ended up covering the cushions with our own pillowcases and sleeping on those instead.
