This hotel is a disaster, it is so dirty in the room, esp the bathroom. Its a total mess For a 4 star. I will never stay in that hotel again. The receptionist never greet us.very dissapointed for my holiday in this kind of place

A very basic property, the room was very spacious and the aircon worked amazing. The rooms are very dated but more than adequate. The restaurant, bar and massage were nice additions

This hotel is fantastic, space very big as i can keep my luggage and my personal belonging everywhere, bellboy also good attitude when i ask them help to carry heavy shopping bag to room. cleanliness also good, very comfortable to sleep.

Budget hotel

All are good except the shower is too close to the wall and the toilet seat too close to the sink. No allowance to stand for brushing teeth. Very convenience for shopping, eating and massage.

simple stay

booked a deluxe room, the room is big. enough to sleep for family with 1 young kid (shared the king size bed). i believed you can request for extra single bed (but is a foldable bed). the toilet is a bit dirty, especially the shower area. you can see black mould everywhere. the toilet bowl is next to the basin, and it make you difficult to brush teeth and do other business looking at the mirror. very funny design. I dont like the bathroom because you need to step up or down from the bathroom, not friendly for old folks and children. location is excellent. below the hotel is night market where u can buy and bargain for clothes. local food is also available. there are many 7-11 nearby less than 50m away from hotel. walking to platinum mall is about 7-10min depends on the road condition. however, it is damn hot walking to there.

Although the location is close to the morning market is good and convenient.but the hotel lift service is only available on the 4th floor, and the 5th floor residents need to climb 1 floor to reach the room. The room was big but the air cond was very noisy. The shower is also very old.

Sound proofing is bad. Toilet is too cramping. Water ponding in the toilet. Mattress and pillows too hard. No door bell. Lift need card to access to respective floor but emergency escape door is not close and lock.

Decent hotel in the middle of the city centre

The hotel is decent - I wouldn't call it 4-star from any angle though. The rooms were mediocre, and we had a few problems with the bathroom (wouldn't flush and the water pipe burst). But overall the hotel was clean and well presented. The service was good, timely and staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was also decent. Overall, the hotel is in a good central location close to many major malls and food streets. The appearance of the hotel and the rooms however was a bit lackluster. The bathroom needed repairs but was bearable. If you want a decent place to stay, this hotel isnt bad. Its nice and clean and located centrally to mosy tourist locations.
