I checked in last night, March 21st 2026 and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The hostel itself has potential, and I honestly would have given it 5 stars based on the facilities and location alone. However, my stay was overshadowed by one staff member who was extremely rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I arrived, their attitude was cold, uninterested, and honestly quite off-putting. There was no sense of hospitality at all—no greeting, no effort to make me feel comfortable, just a dismissive and unfriendly demeanor. After a long day of traveling, that kind of reception really leaves a bad impression. It’s a shame because everything else seemed fine, but staff attitude matters a lot in hospitality. I hope management addresses this, because with better service, this place could easily be excellent.

Stayed there for only for a short time before catching an early flight. There are two locations and I showed up to the wrong location from my booking but they were extremely helpful by changing my reservation and providing a shuttle to the airport early in the morning. The receptionist was very kind, quirky, and helpful.

荷物と一緒に寝ました。空港に深夜に着いたので仮眠のために利用。ドンムアン空港からスカイウォークを使って歩いて行けます。新しく出来たダークレッドラインでバンコク市内への移動にも便利です。ドミトリーなので女性は無理、中高年男性向きです。

私が体験した今までのドミトリータイプの中では一番良かった施設でした。館内は開放的な内装で衛生的にキレイでした。シャワーの水圧も問題なく、アメニティも取り揃えられてる状態。リュック、スーツケース等、場所を取るような荷物を置くスペースもあり素晴らしいの一言。それでいて、スタッフも親切で、このご時世で1000円代の安さであれば最高の一言です^ ^

チェックイン時にパスポート見せると予約番号を教えて下さいと言われ、Hotels.comの予約番号を見せても違うと言われました。チラッと見えたパソコンのリストには私の名前が入っていたので、間違いなく予約はされてるみたいでしたが、その予約番号というのでやり取りがかなりかかり、最終的にHotels.comの中身を英語に切り替えて見せたらOKでした。要するに、日本語がわからないから予約番号もわからなかったみたいですが…今まで何十回もこちらを利用してますが、今回のケースは初めてでした。 でも、無事にチェックインも出来たし、受付してくれたスタッフさんも最後は感じ良く、お互い汗かきながらやり取りしたので、スタッフさんが冷たいミネラルウォーターボトルをくれたのも嬉しかったです。 シャワー・トイレは共同ですが、個室タイプに泊まったので快適でした。 唯一言うならば、空港の目の前に宿があるにもかかわらず、ぐるっと回り道しないと辿り着けない点だけマイナスかな〜と思います。(宿に問題があるのではなく、国・政府が改善すべき点ですね)。

Compact size of room but cozy. (Private room with bigbed). Not so far from convenience stores and restaurant. But it's not that close to Don Muang Airport if you wish to walk there. Possible to get taxi or motorbike taxi. (About 100 THB++ for taxi)

口コミ通りキレイで、日本のカプセルホテルとほぼ一緒です。 3時過ぎ到着でも、ドアの横の押しベルを押したら出て来てくれますので、早朝のドンムアン空港利用で硬いイスで休むのなら、断然こちらを選択した方がおすすめです！ もっと早く知ってたらと思ってます。

Gute Lage zum Airport

Das Hostel liegt in absoluter Flughafen- Nähe und ist mithilfe Google Maps auch einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Doppelzimmer hat praktisch die Grösse des Doppelbettes plus 30-50cm zu den Zimmerwänden. Aber der Preis ist eben unschlagbar und für eine Nacht geht es. Frühstück besteht aus Toast mit Marmelade oder thailändischer „Heisse Tasse“ zum Aufbrühen.

清潔でおしゃれで良かった‼️フロントから部屋に行く前に靴を脱ぐのがきれいに保っている秘訣か。 空港へも10分以内に行けるし、バス停はさらに近いので市内から戻るときはA以外のバスで帰って来ると良かった。24時間やってるコンビニ、屋台も近い。 改善点があるとすればシャワー内にタオルかけるバーしか入ってところはなかった。

空港から徒歩10分のリーズナブルなホステル

ドンマン空港からじ橋を渡って徒歩10分程度清潔で朝食も軽くいただきました。リーズナブルでお勧めです
