Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Awful.

It’s a hostel so wasn’t expecting much. But there was a rat in my room, no hot water, staff were rude and unwelcoming, staff were drinking and partying until 3am and extremely loud. Couldn’t sleep at all.
