The staff went above and beyond for us, especially considering that it was for our honeymoon. Hotel was in a location near nice bars and restos, and not too far from airport and downtown. Front desk staff, Concierge Tai, and cleaning staff were so professional and friendly. Make sure to ask for an airport transfer for a cash only reasonable price! Better than grab

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful. I had an upgrade and it was kept clean. I would stay here for my next visit and I definitely recommend it. The shuttle that run was really helpful too and it wasn’t too far from places that I wanted to go to and it was quite accessible. My favourite part about the room was the bathroom and my favourite part about the hotel was the little book collection they had.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room had everything you might need: slippers, a bathrobe, a coffee/tea set, daily water — all clean and well prepared. I only expected the room to be slightly bigger, but it was still comfortable. The pool area is very pleasant, with a bar right next to it and very friendly staff. Clean towels are provided, and there is a changing room downstairs, so everything is conveniently accessible. A huge advantage of the hotel is its location — just a few steps from the metro, shops, and a nearby market. It’s a perfect base for exploring Bangkok.

The rooms were clean but all rooms I believe have about half of the square footage in carpet. Only the entrance area and bathroom have tile floors. I don’t particularly like carpet since it caries more dust and debrie. The hallways are also covered in carpet on the different floors. The sitting area around the pool is also quite small making it challenging to find afternoon space. Breakfast is quite good and a variety of good hot meals with friendly staff.
