Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hallways had no AC running on the 11th floor and onlybwindos that opened 15cm for air flow. That was oppressive and completely a pain. I would be sweating by the time the elevator came (because those were poorly programmed and had 2 for 25 floor.) The outside staff (cleaners and valet), were extremely friendly. I don't understand the upstairs bedroom with no bathroom. I fell down the stairs twice because they were slippery and narrow. That was extremely dangerous. Overall, for the quality, i got ripped off. I would never stay atbthis location again. Again, staff was friendly, the building was hot amd dangerous with the stairs.
