Location Location and friendly

Perfect location if you want to stay on Sukhumvit Soi 8 -11. Small but silent room with safebox and ok internet. Friendly staff.

Good hotel for the price, very close to Nana station, nice bars and restaurants close by, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but because of the position of the building there was no natural light. The only thing I didn't like is the transparent (frosted) bathroom door and wall preventing 100% privacy with from my friend.

Very convenient location!! Downstairs is a small walking street. Bars, massage, restaurants etc It backs on to the main road so you can hear the tuk tuks all hours. Even with no windows. A little white noise would fix it....

Night shift receptionist is frustrating

The service at this hotel is utterly disappointing. The night staff demonstrated either a complete lack of understanding or a shocking level of incompetence. When we requested an extra blanket, we were told that the manager requires a 500 baht fee, yet no clear explanation was given. This is unacceptable. After reluctantly agreeing to pay, we were then informed that there were no blankets available and had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk. This felt like nothing more than a ridiculous game being played on guests. Such poor service is intolerable and must be addressed immediately.

I stayed in room 407. First the windows are fogged for privacy but then you can't see what type day it is, i.e. if i need umbrella or not. Second the windows let A LOT LOT LOT of noise in. All night long tuk tuks with very VERY loud exhaust screaming down the street, all night long till 5am

Great location. Room #403 has no windows, strong cigarrette smell. Room #305 has no window either, but not as much smell. Got awaken at 7am, phone ringing. AC is very loud. Had a strong argument at check/in, after paying with MasterCard they wanted to write down all details of my card! Wanted me to leave and pay them bach cash. Did not have enough cash so I told them I was not leaving. I didn’t let them write down my credit card details! Convenient door next to BTS Nana through a tailor shop.
