Location. Location. It doesnt get any better . Terminal 21 a block away. Asok BTS 2 blocks. Restos every where. Bars . Its comfortable but not luxurious. Great value.

The hotel is old and not very well kept. There was a smell in the hallway and the carpeting all needed to be replaced (many stains and very worn). As you enter the main lobby there is a very strong and musty odor. The light control in the room was in poor working order and you needed to play with it to get to make the lights work. The facility needs a major up grade to replace the old and worn items. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

BTSアソーク、MRTスクンビット駅が近く、アクセスは申し分ないです。施設や客室は古いですが基本的なサービスは揃っており、スタッフは丁寧でフレンドリーです。チェックアウト後でも深夜まで荷物を預かってもらえます。 ただアメニティはドライヤーしかないので、あらかじめ用意するか近くのセブンイレブンで確保しないといけません。 来年（2026年）、エアコンが入れ替わるようです。

近くに BTSアソーク駅または地下鉄スクンビット駅があり移動に便利です。施設は古いですが金額からいって上等ではないでしょうか。シャワーの水圧や温度も問題有りません。

가성비. 베개에서 살짝 덜 마른 냄새가 나서 하나만 썼습니다. 데스크 직원분 친절하셨고, 창문이 있긴한대 딱히. 에어컨이 구식이었지만 작동은 잘 되었습니다. 건물 연식으로 인한 문제는 감안하셔야합니다. 엘레베이터가 좁고, 1층은 밝지만 전체적으로 분위기가 좀 어둡습니다.

全ての部屋が禁煙なので最初は一泊だけでしたが居心地がとにかくいいので帰国前に10日間禁煙だけど宿泊しました。 今まで禁煙のホテルは全て断って来ましたが次来る時は絶対ここに泊まります。

ロビーにフリーのマスクを置いてくれているのは良かった。 チェックイン・チェックアウトはスムーズでした。 シャワーのお湯が出なかった。 エアコンの蓋が壊れていて風向きの調整が出来なかった。 朝から工事の音がうるさかった。
