If you’re here for the nightlife, this bis your spot. Even as someone who wasn’t particularly, I slept fine. The staff moved me to the back of the hotel for a small fee, and with earplugs, you couldn’t hear anything. Room was never cleaned whilst I was there, but maybe because I slept in.

Nice but noisy hotel

The hotel felt safe and the entrance was slightly set back from the Main Street with security at the entrance, I didn’t use the pool but it looked fine. There was a lot of noise but you are right on Khao San a very busy street- bring ear plugs! The room was clean and had all I needed.

Overall was a good hotel, convenient location. Friendly staff. Beware it’s on the main busy road so it is very loud at night.

The staff were incredible always with every interaction. I came with 3 kids- which was probably my bad on Khaosan Road, but our room was so loud (like sooooo loud- we can handle inconveniences, this was like being next to a speaker in a night club). So we moved on the second night at 2am. We had to split into two rooms, and they were MUCH quieter, but still not quiet. This property is best suited for a backpacker type traveller who is up for 5pm to 5am parties. The roof top pool was nice, but dated.

The staff is very accommodating and very polite and nice. I would recommend this hotel. I stayed here for three days. What a beautiful rooftop pool very clean and they took care of me like a gentleman.

An honest budget hotel located in the heart of the party town of Khaosan Rd! Basic facilities, but a clean room with wifi. A great place to stay if you want to party late, but be warned, plenty of noise!

Nice hotel in the middle of Khao san road. Got a room over the music but nice lady in the reseption let me had another room so i got to sleep. Nice bed and size of the room. Good shower with always hot water. Pool in the top was awsome and a good place to be in day time. Will recommed This hotel and will stay there again if i go back.

Because of the location, the street of the hotel is party town at night, different kinds of loud music with humongous speakers coming from all the different restaurants around the area. My friends were unable to sleep well at night. But lots of shops and restaurant at your doorsteps.

Dang Derm is right in the middle of Khaosan Road so if you want to be slap bang in the thick of the thumping nightlife then it’s ideal. The blaring music is audible from your hotel room and goes on until 4am so be prepared for that. But if chaotic, fascinating, loud and relentless is your thing then it’s the place to stay. There’s a pool on the roof if you want to take a break from it all and cool off from the sun and humidity. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly, helpful and spoke good English

To be honest it can be loud at night, a lot of clubs and music on that street, but I stayed on back side of hotel and barely heard a thing. Also as one local explained this Hotel is Thai Style..so if you don't like your mattress on floor and toilet and shower in same spot than this is not your place..but if you like to live more local style great choice.. Nice pool on roof with swim up bar also just regular bar on roof that serves drinks and food. Also area as alot of shops and stands, bars, clubs, restaurants and even a 7/11 across the street. I would stay again.

We stayed for 28 nights. Everything was great. The room was large. The service was wonderful. The hotel for us was quiet. We aren't big partiers, but I couldn't hear the party. The pool area was very nice. The elevators worked fast so you weren't waiting around.
