The room was always clean. The reception, restaurant and parking garage staff super friendly and always helpful. The only minus thing was that the mini bar was not working properly, not really cold.

The staff and food was great. Many bars, restaurants and grocery store nearby. But the only problem I had was the distance. It says it’s a 7min walk but it’s actually like 15min from Nana station to hotel.

absolutely amazing room! better then the pictures showed online, which was a very nice surprise when i arrived. best of all check in took less then 5 minutes, and check out less then 1 min. door man was very nice. they have airport taxi.
