I stayed (5) nights in a 1-bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The hotel is very convenient to Villa Market and other city services/nightlife. The hotel is a little dated, but it's an efficient operation. They warned me my room would be noisy because it faced the street. But the bar music was just barely audible at night. They supplied earplugs if needed. My shower and microwave didn't work at first but they quickly replaced both the shower head and microwave oven. Overall, I had a great stay. Excellent housekeeping service.

Room clean to very high standard and actually quiet given the lovely area hotel is located. Good bed/bedding and towels.Reception staff also friendly and efficient. All staff very friendly. Room got bottled drinking water replenished daily. Lobby, lifts, pool and laundry (old machines and at times queues, THB240 for wash/dry tokens) on 3 star level. On-site restaurant 24/7 but average and pricey.

The staff is a five star. The cleaning and the breakfast is not bad but needs a little improvement it’s acceptable. The things make me not to use this property again is the chaos of the street , this has nothing to do with the property it’s the area Sukhumvit 11 in the day time cars and motorcycles under the windows from 6 AM till 2 AM the next day, and then it slow down on the traffics you get the ((shoppers )) who hang around from 2AM till 5 AM talking and negotiating prices back and forth and all of this you may swallow. Except the ((doctors ))on every corner and in front of every hotel and night clubs who keep asking you if you okay? or if you need any thing?!!!
