This is a fantastic hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and superb breakfasts! The staff was polite and helpful. The only negative point is it's location, it is far from the Khaosan Road area (the taxis took 250-300 Bahts each way) and Suvarnabhumi airport ($250 Bahts). There is nothing else in the area, no shops or stores or restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect for Immigration

It was good. I stayed there once in a basic room and did not care for it. This time stayed in a nicer room on the eighth floor and found it to be much more comfortable. This is the place to stay if you’re going to the Bangkok immigration office

Upmarket hotel - clean and modern

Only stayed overnight, checked in late and checked out early. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Room service was quick as we got dinner when we arrived. Looks like a really nice hotel but not time to explore/ appreciate it. 3 restaurants on site and a gym but no pool. Close to DMK (20 mins depending on traffic and tolls)

Love this place!

I absolutely love this hotel. It’s an older building but, they do an amazing job at the upkeep. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The pool is nothing spectacular, but the gym is great for any kind of workout you want. Their breakfast buffet is hot and fresh and tasty and very reasonably priced. And I can’t forget the spa! It’s a little pricey for Bangkok, but it’s clean and comfortable and massage. Therapists are amazing!

Great option if you have an early flight from DMK

Room was very clean and well-maintained. One bed was comfortable, the other very hard. Service and staff were excellent and helpful. Location is a 15 minute drive to Don Meung Airport, though it's far from downtown. They are happy to arrange a taxi for you and the taxi will only charge 20 THB extra.

Poor room service

No wifi, no replacement of shampoo, there's rubbish on the floor after cleaning. After telling them to fill up the shampoo and iron, nothing happen. The taxi driver cannot locate the hotel even with the map given. The only positive part is the breakfast, excellent taste and healthy diet.

Good but no cigar

Sadly the hotel appears to have taken a step backwards. The toilet was running all night and despite telling the staff it remained like that for two more nights. Food was not as good as the last visit (i would call it average) but the cost was noticably higher. Bed not very comfortable and pillows that make your head sweat coupled with an oddly working A/C made for uncomfortable nights. Very limited outside parking facilities as huge car park next door is being worked on. Cannot in all honesty recomment this place.
