Good option if you need to be in this area. Welcoming staff that make your stay good. They even provide wifi extender if the signal is not strong enough in your room. Good water pressure for the shower.

Location

Hotel at only essential basic standard but well located in central Bangkok. 7/11shop and food at arm's length. May need to wait for taxi but major Rachada Road with MRT trains and Praram 9 shopping complex within easy walk. Hotel is very hard to spot from the street.

Very small room and not well maintained

This was not a pleasant experience although I was allowed an early check in since I was staying a very short time. I did get a smaller room for the same price. The place lacks maintenance. The drain at the shower was clogged and thus the whole floor flooded.

Solid budget hotel in a pretty good location

The hotel itself is about what you'd expect for $20 a night (at time of writing). It's not the Ritz, but it's clean and comfortable enough. Though make sure to get a room that doesn't face the street because it can get noisy. Where the hotel shines, though, is its location. It's on a busy enough street that there's always good food nearby and a 7-11 across the street from supplies. It's also less than a ten minute walk from the nearest MRT station and another five from a huge night market. Definitely worth the stay if you don't mind budget accommodations.

Great staff. Good location. Good price for the hotel. 24/7 reception is great! Even though there is no free breakfast, there is free coffee, tea and cookies available in the reception area. As the street in front of the hotel is quite busy, the traffic noise can be disturbing (not the hotel's fault though). I recommend this place.

很暖心的服務

隔音比較不好，外面有車經過就會很吵，而且房間比較少，我和朋友兩個行李箱不可以同時打開，酒店是沒有電梯的，不過你可以叫他們幫你把行李拿上去，他們都很有禮貌，而且很樂意幫助你，我走的那天，他們還幫我叫了計程車，怕我們被騙，所以幫我們跟司機說，一定要打錶，挺暖心的。

バックパッカーには充分

場所は分かりづらいと思いますがセブンイレブンの向かいでローカル食堂の並びにエントランスが有ります。全然ホテルっぽくありません。エレベーターや冷蔵庫は無し、wifiはカギ付きで結構早いです。室内に小さなアリさんがいて痒かった。近くに地元民向けの食堂やフォーチュンタウン(ショッピングモール)があるので食費は安上がりで済みます。部屋は清潔でスタッフも感じ良かったです。

清潔で居心地が良いゲストハウス

バンコク北バスターミナル（モーチット）から赤バス＃１３６で３０分程度、空港からはエアーポートレイル・マッカサン駅下車徒歩２０分等々で利便性は高いです。 周辺は普通の人々の暮らしが感じられる下町で、食べるにも買い物にも便利です。 ゲストハウスとしては一般的ですが、隅々まで綺麗によく清掃されてます。 但し、部屋によっては窓が無い部屋もあるので、チェックインの際に確認して下さい。 また、シャワーの排水がよくないので、気を付けて下さい？。 一階のロビーには無料で頂ける、レギュラーコーヒーや紅茶などが用意されているのも有難いです。 スタッフも親切なので、居心地は良いですよ！。また、利用します。

저렴한 가격에 훌륭한 서비스

방콕 시내에서 하루밤을 지내야해서 숙박했습니다. 주인이 영어를 잘 못해 대화에 어려움을 겪었으나 매우 친절했습니다. 매우 저렴한 방이지만 나름 깨끗했고 에어콘도 잘 나왔습니다. 시장 한 복판이라서 좀 시끄럽고 방음도 안되었지만 지역 주민들 생활을 보는 것도 괜찬았고 주변에 야시장하고 쇼핑센터도 매우 가까워서 방콕 현지 분위기를 즐기는데는 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 마사지 가게도 있어서 밤에 몸 풀기 좋았고요. 단 한가지 아쉬운 점은 냉장고가 없어서 시원한 물 마시려면 바로 앞 편의점에서 사와야 합니다.

4 floor walk up with window opening to stairwell

It wasn't easy to find. Greeded by a friendly and helpful man. A 4 floor walk up throughout what appeared to be 20 people being taught in the passage hallway. The sounds filtering in through the window that opens to stairwell were constant
