What a great little hotel, just a few minutes walk from the BTS and in amongst all the sites and sounds of this busy suburb. Because the hotel is a little bit older than the big chain city hotels the rooms are bigger and more comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at 21Saladaeng and would highly recommend a stay.

Very good location within walking distance to Lumpini Park, Saladaeng BTS station, shopping areas, and lots of dining options. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well furnished, and the kitchenette is verty convenient. I would stay there every time I am in Bangkok

Good stay for a decent price

Like always.. a pleasant stay in a nice busy silom corner of BKK. Small 1BR apartment that after years still is a super nice classic place to stay. Nice small gym, long pool, I choose for this option for almost 8 years now. Will definitely go back next time.

The stay here was excellent, the staff treated me like I was a resident and made check out conviene and even extended it by request. The apartments are super nice and big but could be cleaner. Live the area and the vibe. I will be staining again.

This is a great little boutique hotel with updated bathrooms, etc. They are all laid out like little apartments, which is very interesting with lots of storage. This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to break the bank usually I stay at much higher end places if I’m gonna utilize the pool, etc. but this was a one night stay prior to going to the airport. this is a great little place to get a nice night sleep

Nice place for a long stay in Silom area

It’s a great property and staff are very nice. I have stayed many times. This time though not as good as normal as there was quite a bit of noise from internal renovation work. One thing to note at this property is that it takes quite some time for room deposits to be refunded if you use cards. Might be better to bring cash so you can get it back when you leave .

The property and staff are very good. The hotel is about 80 m to Silom Road where you can take either BTS or MRT, quite convenient. The short 80 m street is quite dirty and smelly at some spots. The restaurants or households would drop the left over food on the sidewalk at night. We saw a rat running around.

My one-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious and very clean. It is too bad that the bedroom and bathroom do not get much natural light, but the living room does. The hotel is located in a convenient area. It is near cafes, restaurants and public transportation.

A Comfortable Hotel in a Convenient Location

One of a largest room in this price range, in this very convenient location. Easily (and safe) walk to either BTS or MRT. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within short walks. The building and the room itself is dated, but kept clean. The room is very large with separate living area, kitchen, and bed room. Staff are professional, welcoming, and lovely. It's the opposite of a modern hotel, feeling more homey than sleek. If you're not looking for modern, this combination is hard to beat at this price.

Spacious room. Convenient when traveling with children. Furniture a bit worn. The main receptionist is doing his job, but won’t help otherwise. We asked if we can store a bag for one week until we’d returned to Bangkok and stayed in the hotel for two more nights. That was declined. Clearly the receptionist didn’t want to do more than necessary.

My go-to place in Bangkok. Very accessible from BTS and MRT. And shopping and food areas. And of course Lumpini Park. The staff are very friendly and capable. Never had any problems with them in my previous stays. The units are also very clean though some parts need upgrading. Otherwise, very comfortable and relaxing. The gym is ok, as expected from a serviced apartment. Haven't tried the sauna. Will try next time.

Good staff - poor management

A good three star hotel. Although a bit old, the location is great. The staff are very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the hotel has a problem with poor management policies that adversely affect customer satisfaction. I. E. No brief luggage storage allowed. In the middle of a lengthy stay, I had to check out for a couple days. Although I was soon returning to resume my lengthy stay at the hotel I was denied the ability to temporally store, one piece of luggage. I even offered to pay for the storage. Incredulously, the staff advised me to take my piece of luggage to a nearby hotel, a few blocks away and pay to have it stored there. I had no choice so that’s what I did. Over the years, I have been a guest at this hotel many times. Never before have I experienced such a lack of customer service. Very disappointing. Very dumb policy.
