Great hotel. Good location with 5 to 10 minute walk to the Asoke BTS station and shopping area. Nice rooftop pool. Complimentary breakfast had Asian and Western selections, including an omelette and noodle stations. Staff was very friendly.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast each morning. Loved the rooftop pool and bar! Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable - 3 stars for comfort. Good central location near Asok station. Would return! :)

I really enjoyed the infinity pool on the 9th floor and the adjoining bar was smart and good value. I was given an upgrade as soon as I arrived and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or polite. Tremendous value.

This hotel is very good situated of the busy traffic streets. Very calm for city center hotel. Breakfast very good. Enough selection. Room clean and beds reasonable good. We got early check-in. Pool area on the roof also nice

I stay at Arte whenever I am in Bangkok. It's close to the BTS and the shopping malls. Busy downtown area yet quite at night. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The facilities are maintained.

I’ve stayed there for 3 days and the cleaners didn’t leave towels even though I left tips… Also, I called the receptionist and she said the staff’ll deliver them to my room, but they didn’t come so I called them again and end up I got towels….

Only issue was the walls are very thin. People next door would stay up all night talking and singing and could hear them as if they were in the room with me. Once I notified the front desk, they did tell them to quiet down.

Pros: Good location - shopping (very close to Terminal 21 mall EMSPHERE only 15 mins walk away, restaurants, massages, MRT & BTS public transport Nice decor - inside the room & lobby Friendly staff - as stated Roof pool bar - a nice touch Powerful Aircon - very strong Cons: *** Sound proofing needs improving - could hear other guests leave the elevator from our room; was quite noticeable Bed - Average bed with lumpy pillows Cost of facilities - laundry was insanely priced ($2 to wash 1x pair of socks) and taxis were 4x the price of grab (1,600 THB to Don Mueang airport, when Grab was 450 THB) Low quality fridge in room - not cold enough to safely store milk drinks inside Summary: A good price for a nice hotel in a great location, that could easily be truly excellent with some simple and affordable upgrades
