以前は、スマートテレビ且つ日本の民法も見れるテレビが部屋にあり、また、朝食も美味しく和食も用意されていて気に入っていたので何回か利用したが、今回は過去一悪い状態だった。テレビは映らない、朝食は券を渡すスタッフも居ない、サラダは何日も前から盛って、水分なくなってパッサパサ、サラダ周り虫が多数飛んでいる。楽しみの納豆は2日目無い。チェックインカウンタースタッフも以前のような親切な感じがなかった。ホテルの活気、スタッフのスマイルが減っている。もう一度スマイルからやり直してみてほしい。高く評価していただけに残念。

立地的にBTCプロンポン駅に近く、周辺に日本食、マッサージ、コンビニ、ミシュランにも載った、ルンルアン（タイラーメン屋）などあり、出張時に利用しています。 スタッフは若干の日本語、英語、タイ語に対応しており、滞在時に不便は在りません。
