"The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, accommodating, and nice. The only cons are the elevators and the area - too small and sometimes you have to wait a while to get upstairs. As for the area - it’s a very touristy location so expect a lot of traffic if taking a grab car. But the area is also very close to a lot of the malls such as Siam, Terminal 21, Emsphere, Emsquatier, and MBK. Overall, great hotel. "

"I stayed on the 17th floor Club room and it has everything we needed and more. The Panpuri brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap was excellent. I bought Panpuri items to take home. The Club Lounge staff were responsive to our needs and the food spread was great. The hotel location is another plus - short walk to Pratunam Market, Playinum Mall and CentralWorld."
