The room is spacious and clean. There's also a washing machine in the room, which is pretty comfy for guests. It's also closed to sky train. Recomended.

Relatively new and well maintained service apartment. It covers the basics such as washer in each room/ unit, small fitness center with limited equipment, basic kitchen utensils. Decent space for 2 pax. Good water pressure. They seemed to only accept cash payments which was a bummer.

Large room containing everything.: A couch, a small kitchen, nice aircon. Staff are very helpful and nice but they struggle with English, some staff know English. You only use Grab or Bolt for transportation but it’s fine. I would stay there again. The non reimbursable policy is a problem I am trying to get some money back as I used only 4 nights out of 19 due to emergency. Overall great hotel.

Front staff was excellent. We stayed in the same room two different stints. On the second check in, the room smelled terrible from previous guest and took a few hours to air out. This hotel is a good distance from everything in Bangkok. It is a 15 minute walk to the blue line though, so that can get you to almost every where you need to go. Warning though, some cabs will continuously cancel on you during the rush hour because getting to the hotel in traffic is not worth the money to them.

AbC@48 hotel is sparkling clean and the staff are helpful and friendly! I asked for a safe box inside my room and it was provided real quick. I also asked for luggage storage after I checked out and the reception lady was kind and accepted my request. The hotel building looks old but inside it looks bran-new or renovated. My studo room had fridge, electric kettle, kitchen sink, microwave and there was also a washing machine inside the balcony. The appliances were of brands such as LG and Electrolux. The only downside for me was the location. Far from places like Nana Plaza and The Grand Palace. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay!

It is convenient to have a washing machine in the apartment, food and drinks nearby are cheap and delicious but a little bit far from downtown
