"hotel was nice. unfortunately the renovation dowstair and awarness of hotel.staff was poor. the communication between staff was not working. and they did not know what to do about booking. they must learn how the booking is done.they ask more money what i paid and tell we not pay enough. complicate to solve"

"Stayed 4 nights. Requested housekeeping a Day 3 & Day 4. They did not have housekeeping available. Kareoke was heard from the room past the 10pm quiet hours. No restsurant on site. "
