"Front door knob fell off locking me outside my hotel room, front desk wouldn’t help claim she called maintenance nobody showed and I had to put the knob back together myself to get in my room. Booked a 2 night stay so after I got in the room I never left till check out 2 days later due to the door issue. I didn’t go to sleep the first night. "We checked in late and the staff were polite and very helpful! The hotel was clean and they offered breakfast, laundry service and bottled water every day. The hotel is located on a busy street so it’s not the quietest, but it didn’t interrupt our stay. It’s easy to get taxi’s and travel around the city. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Verg good option for those who want peace and quiet, and away from all the touristy areas, but with the amenities and services of a chain hotel. No unwanted train or traffic sounds, no party noise, and definitely no noisy drunk people within the vicinity. However, this hotel is right next to Don Mueang Airport. So if you fly there, this location is excellent. It is also very accessible by Grab, not located in a crowded place, they have a proper lobby for pick-up and parking lots for vehicles"
