"The place is a Gem, it is new, quiet, by the water and really comfortable. Super good price for value as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful (we spoke thai to them). Only the manager spoke English. She was helpful when she was around and went the extra mile on things and made sure we were comfortable and provided for. We had a really really relaxing stay, were driven to Wonderfruit by their car service which was also really good value for service. The only comment I have to give it 5...

"Conveniently located on the North end of Beach Road, this was an outstanding stay. I'm a Hilton Lifetime Diamond and I got treated better by this staff than I have at any other Hilton, except maybe the Conrad in Shiodome, Tokyo. The staff is OUTSTANDING. I would definitely stay here again. I LOVED the water slide as I rode it about 10 times. It has easy access to Terminal 21 mall and 2nd road. I felt welcomed from the minute I got there until the time I left. Don't miss this place. I was extremely satisfied to stay here. 24 hour gym was excellent. Would like to give a shout out to If at registration desk, Woody at the Concierge desk , Maew, and Kate at the Pregro restaurant. The hotel is lucky to have them. "
