"The Otter hotel is an excellent & newer property. The front desk employees were outstanding in going above and beyond to help us locate our lost ski rentals. The rooms were very clean, and the hot pools were amazing after a long day of skiing. There is also a great restaurant/coffee bar adjacent to the hotel. Free heated underground parking was a huge bonus in the winter. I definitely would recommend the Otter Hotel."
"Stayed at Rundlestone Lodge for 3 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were super cozy after long days exploring Banff. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. We loved having the pool and hot tub to relax in, and the location was perfect, close to Banff Avenue but still quiet. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy stay and I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
