"This is my first time in Canada with my wife, and we are here to celebrate her birthday. The staff at the Buffalo Mountain Lodge were fantastic and went above and beyond from the moment we walked into the lobby for check-in (1:00AM). Our journey in Banff has truly been a bucket-list experience. The overall experience was amazing, and I am certain I will be back. The only downside was the parking, which can be quite tight if you arrive after 6:00 PM. Nevertheless, we love the property and the warm, cozy lodge atmosphere it offers. Additionally, having a fireplace in our room added to the overall charm of our stay. Banff is incredible, and I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to experience it from the Buffalo Mountain Lodge."

"The hotel is really nice the hot tub we enjoyed almost every night we were there! Breakfast is delicious. Cons: Mattresses are so hard I guess some people enjoy those mattresses I do not my friend and I both didn’t sleep well Parking: Terrible. When it’s busy there’s nowhere to park and everywhere around requires a permit. Luckily I arrived after 8pm so parked on a back street overnight and moved my vehicle at 8am to their parking lot to avoid a ticket. We never moved after parking there to avoid losing our parking spot."
