"Swimming pool was not well maintained. Despite calling them the cleaniness was not good. Bed covers were soiled and we had to ask them to get those replaced."

"Asish, Abhishek, Rupali, Akash ( house keeping) , Anamika, Praveen, Rupa ( check in), and the naturalists, shanmugam and vishnu were the best! Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating"

"Excellent rooms and very clean with plenty of greenery and flowers. Meals were nothing extravagant but good though the vegetarian options were limited on the Christmas day. The property had lot of trails on their property though the sign boards marking the trail are limited. I got lost in a trail within the property with no recognizable trails and had to use the google maps on satellite mode to locate the nearest path. "One of the worst experiences in our travel life. Check in at 2 pm. The place was not ready until 6 pm. The sheets were dirty and we have to have them change after we checked in. The booking says that we get to Occupy the entire place. in the middle of the right 4 guys showed up and checked in tomineof the rooms in the house. We felt very unsafe. We only got one bath towel which is worn down. No toiletries. After 15 minutes of argument we got two extra kitchen towel as wash cloth. We booked for 4...
