"The place ls amaizing , the staff super Nice , and very quiet to relax yourself , but be aware that the closer beach is 30 min driving motorbike, and to reach the hotel from pier taxi Will charge You like 800 / 1000 bat . Staff was so Nice that they reserved a local taxi for our way back , and Even cheaper 600.
If You Wanna relax its perfect but You need to know how to ride a bike . "
"The spa was ok and staff were friendly. BUT under no circumstances take the tour operators they supply. It took us 7 hours in an appalling old smelly van to get to Pattaya. I missed my flight and the driver was both aggressive and very rude. I was told it would take maximum 5 hours. There were no traffic jams but the van wouldn't go above 70kms an hour. The driver spent at least 5 hours of the 7 on the phone. We all agreed he was super rude. Disgusting journey and ended up costing me over 700...
"Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

"I enjoyed four nights in a bungalow on the front line of Kae Bae beach. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was such a pleasure to look directly out to the beach and water from the front door. And there was a lovely porch there to sit on and enjoy the scenery. "This is our fourth time. The Pool Suites are really worthwhile - well set out with large balcony and of course pool. The beach at Khlong Prou is possibly the nicest beach in Koh Chang where the hotel is.
The staff are really excellent - Miss Nui, Miss Mod, and Mr Sadam and Mr Zin - english to thai might be wrong - and many other staff really nice and helpful.
Can recommend the offers where you get credit of 1000 baht a day - means you can use as you wish - restaurant in hotel is excellent and 15 per cent off in low season. Food is thai style if you want that.
