"There are flies everywhere in the kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night you end up overheating — especially if you like sleeping under blankets. For some reason, they think it’s fine to turn off the AC in guest rooms, yet the lobby AC stays on for them 24/7. How rude and inconsiderate — it feels like they care only about their own comfort, not their guests’. Who puts air conditioning on a timer in a hot country like Laos?
