"We had a nice stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Phuket. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally kind and service-oriented. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—though the experience was a bit overwhelming at first. The lobby was extremely crowded, which surprised us, especially considering it was supposed to be the low season. It turns out the hotel—and Phuket in general—was packed during our stay. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it did impact the overall atmosphere. The breakfast was truly outstanding. The variety of food offered was impressive, and there was even a juice station where you could make your own juice using fresh fruits and vegetables—something I’ve never seen in a hotel before. A definite highlight! Due to the unexpected crowds and some unfavorable weather, we decided to cut our vacation short. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel agreed to refund us for the two nights we wouldn’t be staying. This gesture was not only unexpected but deeply appreciated and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. We also used the gym, which was well-equipped and more than sufficient for a good workout. I want to give a special mention to Anna, whom we met during breakfast. Despite the high volume of guests, she listened to our concerns with genuine attention and ensured we received a prompt and considerate response. Her professionalism and warmth stood out and made a big difference in our experience. "

"Unbelievable experience in the villa! The views were incredible, the food was top quality, we ordered the whole fried fish for dinner and it was great. Everything tasted great, really enjoyed the different fresh juices served daily at breakfast! The service from the staff was always quick and they were very nice. Overall unforgettable experience, would come back 10/10 times."

"Don’t think of another place, just stay here. Amazing personalised service, the staff knew us after the first couple of days. Currently undergoing renovation but we never felt it, amazing through and through Special staff especially Du (who always had a smile on his face) and the whole buggy team, Pla and the saffron team, and our housekeeping staff member Suchada (K. Poo) Private pools are great, lots of free shuttles to nearby shopping, beach clubs, far enough from the other side of Phuket but still close enough if you want to experience it We spent 9 days there and honestly should’ve easily spent 9 more, we will be back in a few months "
