"I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. It is in a great area close to everything and the accommodations were great. It was clean, safe, they provide a delicious buffet breakfast and even decorated my room for my birthday without me asking. All around great service. Also check-in was very smooth thanks to Alvin.
